The beautiful nature and amazing setting in the jungle were the best part 🌳. The pool area could definitely use more lounges, and the path to my cabana was a bit bumpy.

My experience at Hotel Maya Bell was disappointing. The staff, while friendly, lacked proper training and often cleared plates before we finished eating. The communal toilets were unclean and an ant infestation was noticeable, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, we faced issues with a lack of WiFi for several days without notification, and the breakfast provided was overpriced.

But darling, my cabana had more holes than a Swiss cheese—goodbye, peace of mind! And who knew I'd be serenaded by traffic sounds instead of jungle vibes at night?

Staying here with my friends was amazing! The cabanas in the jungle set a perfect vibe, and we loved hearing howler monkeys in the mornings. The location is super convenient for visiting the nearby ruins and the food at the restaurant was awesome—don’t miss the margaritas! Everything felt fresh and well taken care of, making for a memorable trip.

One small issue was the pool's cleanliness. it could use a bit more upkeep. It seemed like the pool staff was doing their best, but the environment around the pool made it hard to keep it pristine.

Just a solid selection for a temporary stay in Palenque with good value considering price charged. The room I stayed in had a good AC and was newer than most of the hotel. Check in might take some time, so don’t arrive too early if you can help it.
